FAQ

Can I use my own browser instead of SEB?

What if my internet disconnects?

Your session is preserved. SEB will reconnect automatically when your internet returns. Your exam progress on the EMS is also saved.

Can I switch computers during an exam?

No. Your session is tied to the computer where you started. If you must switch due to hardware failure, contact your proctor.

How long is my session valid?

Sessions are typically valid for the duration of your exam (up to 8 hours). The exact duration depends on your institution's settings.

What if I close a web session by mistake?

You can reopen a closed web session from the Start button panel (bottom-left corner).
